Bentonite Suspension
The Premium Clay
System Overview
A bentonite suspension system is a mixture of bentonite clay and water, forming a gel-like fluid that exhibits thixotropic properties, meaning it thickens when at rest and becomes more fluid when agitated. This suspension is used primarily in industries like construction, drilling, and geotechnical applications for its ability to provide stability and lubrication.
Applications
Bentonite suspension is used as a drilling fluid to stabilize boreholes, cool equipment, and transport cuttings to the surface, ensuring efficient and safe drilling operations.
In projects involving excavations, such as diaphragm walls, piling, and trenching, bentonite suspension stabilizes soil, preventing collapses and enabling safe, continuous work in challenging soil conditions.
Applied as a sealing agent, bentonite forms a waterproof barrier around foundations or retaining walls, protecting structures from water infiltration and minimizing fluid loss in permeable soils.
Benefits of Bentonite Suspension
Reinforces soil structures and may be used with advanced polymers, enhancing strength and stability.
Its high capacity to suspend solids during excavation forms cake by deposition of particles on the excavation walls constituting a block to the empty pores between the soil grains, mitigating percolation. Without requiring high attention, it allows to mitigate or eliminate fluid losses effectively even in the most open soils and without a matrix.

Super D-Sand
Effortless Desanding for Clean, Reusable Slurries.
Super D-Sand is a patented liquid polymer that facilitates the removal of excessive soil particles in slurries. It does not affect the slurry’s properties and aids in sedimentation and cleaning of suspended particles.
Patented Polymer Solution
High Sedimentation Efficiency
Compatibility with Polymer and Bentonite Slurries
Extends Slurry Life
Easy Application
Used in polymer and bentonite slurries, Super D-Sand helps desand and reduce silt or clay content. It accelerates the sedimentation process, enabling the reuse of cleaned slurry with lower density and reduced sand content. Great solution to treat and eliminate Bentonite.
