Jorge Capitao-Mor is an engineer embracing his professional career in 1994 with a major International geotechnical contractor Group, specialized in geotechnical work that participated in the construction of the second crossing of the Tagus River. Since than he discovered his passion for the geotechnical industry and was involved in iconic projects all over the world. He founded the company back in 2004 and never stopped developing the company into a multinational group of companies operating worldwide with success. His role is diverse, ranging from technical background support for the teams operating in the field to actively participating in the development of new chemical products, mechanical equipment, solutions and bringing them to the markets.

The commitment and curiosity have granted him patents but the taste for novelty is continuous which leads him to pursue challenges. He is responsible for the management of all the companies in the group.

Juan Carlos is a Public Works Engineer (specializing in Civil Engineering). He began his professional career in 2000 at the Terratest and Keller Group, both companies specialized in geotechnical work. He has extensive knowledge of foundation techniques and soil improvement.

Since 2007, he has been the Commercial Director in Spain at GEO, promoting and marketing GEO technology. He has also participated in the development of the company's business in Mexico, Colombia, Chile and other countries in America.

With over 15 years of experience in the polymer application industry, particularly in soil stabilization and water treatment, Sri Ram serves as the General Manager for the Southeast Asia Region, based in Kuala Lumpur. He has successfully led high-profile projects across Malaysia, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam, playing a key role in elevating industry standards and transforming execution methodologies. A graduate of the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a degree in Civil Engineering, Sri Ram specializes in geotechnical and sludge management. He oversees the company’s business operations and expansion, driving innovation and extending the reach of cutting-edge technologies across the region.

Eonio is from Portugal and is graduated in (MSc) Geological Engineering. He has been working in GEO since 2008, in different locations around the world, giving consultancy in the correct usage of drilling fluids and optimizing work methodologies, in direct interaction with our partners.

In more recent years, he has been giving training to our team of Technical Consultants, providing them with the needed skills to better attend our clients in their daily needs.

Currently, as International Technical Manager, he is developing various interactions with the deep foundation contractors in simplifying their adaptation to our soil stabilization solutions and overseeing the activities on ongoing projects.

With 13 years of experience in civil industry and 10 years with GEO, Paul has a very deep knowledge and experience in execution of deep foundations in various soil strata and countries.

As an engineer he played a vital role in the major infra projects in the vast country of India. He was also part of projects executed in Malayasia and Bangladesh. He successfully applied polymer and stabilized excavations up to a diameter of 2500mm and 100m depth. As a team leader, he successfully managed, guided, and trained young engineers in effective and optimized application of slurry in excavation and slurry management.

During his time in GEO- India, he was also assigned to be trained and become a certified expert in execution of Bi- directional Load Test. He was deployed to Belo Horizonte, Brazil by GEO to be trained and conduct BDLT towards execution of it in India and Southeast Asia.

In 2019, He took over GEO India and managed to sustain and grow GEO India in a heavy competitive market and amidst covid restrains. Today he efficiently leads GEO India in company management and technical management.

Architect with a long career in the commercial area and focused on developing commercial relationships by establishing businesses and long-term contracts with the main Mexican construction companies and developers in the area related to the improvement and stabilization of land, demonstrating in this exercise the fusion of technical experience with sustainable solutions and guaranteeing the positive contribution to our environment.

With years of experience in the field of deep foundations, he has developed strong expertise as a technical consultant, participating in global projects and solving complex geotechnical challenges during excavation, ensuring exceptional results for our clients.

For the past years, he has played a key role in GEOSOIL's commercial management, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the company’s leadership in excavation polymers and stabilization solutions in the region. His responsibilities include comprehensive client support, from quoting to the implementation of our products on-site, as well as the management of various administrative tasks.

With years of experience in the industry, Leandro Parada serves as the R&D Manager of the company, working as a chemical engineer. Throughout his career, he has played a crucial role in discovering, identifying, and testing new products, ensuring that the company’s product quality consistently meets the highest standards. Leandro is also responsible for maintaining the excellence of existing products, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers. His expertise and experience have driven innovation, keeping the company at the forefront of the industry.
